5th European Congress of Medieval Studies

FIDEM will provide scholarships for young participants or unemployed researchers presenting their research, if they are individual members or belong to a FIDEM's member institution, in order to encourage their participation in the Congress.

FIDEM will provide scholarships for young participants (under 35) presenting their research, if they are individual members or belong to a FIDEM's member institution, in order to encourage their participation in the Congress.

If you want to organize a special session (up to 3 presentations each one), a round table, a project presentation, or books discussion or presentation, please send a proposal to the Director of the Congress (secrets@letras.up.pt).

One day study visits on Medieval subjects, thursday 27 June: 1) Medieval Braga-Guimarães; 2) Renaissance and Baroque Coimbra; 3) Medieval Porto and Douro River.

The Congress Banquet will take place on Friday, 28th June, 20h-23h, in the gardens of the Círculo Universitário do Porto.
